DuePing

Terms of Use

Effective 19 October 2026 · Applies to the DuePing app on iOS and Android and the DuePing invoicing service

These terms are an agreement between you and tallpinetree ("we", "us"), an independent developer in Nepal, for your use of the DuePing app and service. By using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. The app and the service

DuePing has two parts. Reminders run on your device and need no account. Invoices need an account: you create invoices, we email them to the clients you choose and send the automatic reminders you have turned on. We provide these tools; we do not process payments, hold money, or collect payment from your clients for you.

2. Your account

3. Your invoices and your clients

4. Free plan and DuePing Pro

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to break or overload it, no use that infringes others' rights or breaks the law, and no automated bulk use. We may suspend or end accounts that do, with notice where practical.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep DuePing running but it is provided as is. The service may be interrupted, and emails may be delayed or filtered as spam by the recipient's provider; we can't guarantee delivery or that a client will pay. Reminders depend on your device and its settings (notifications, battery optimisation, exact alarms) and may not alert you if those are off. Please don't rely on DuePing alone for critical or time-sensitive matters. We may change or discontinue features; if we end the service we will give notice and a chance to export what you need.

7. Ownership

The app, its design and code belong to us. You keep ownership of your content (your invoices, clients and reminders). We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms, and Apple's or Google's standard app licence terms also apply.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the app and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, unpaid invoices, or missed reminders. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Ending

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights where you live. Questions: dueping@tallpinetree.app.
